Turnberry Tower is a 36-story condominium building offering 184 expansive ultra luxury residences. It is located in the heart of Houston’s upscale, internationally known Galleria Shopping area. Bartlett Cocke General Contractors recently constructed the $6,000,000 sales center, which will be used to attract potential residents.

The Sunset Valley Village Homestead is a 97,000 SF retail center composed of two anchor spaces, two retail buildings and two restraint pads. The buildings are primarily tilt wall construction with Leuder limestone veneer. The façade is accented with canopies and architectural towers and the tilt panel was concealed in other areas with texture coat paint or EIFS. The center sports granite paths, a rain water collection tank with its own irrigation system, a pavilion, and the first “wet pond” constructed in Sunset Valley, Texas.

The West Anderson Plaza project was the first of three phases to a very dated retail center in north central Austin. The first phase of the renovation included a “Face Lift” along the Burnet Road frontage. The renovations included new plaster, paint, masonry columns, roofing and downspout repairs, planters, wall mounted art and lighting and site furnishings. On the site, a new dumpster enclosure was added to help clean up the street appeal of the property.

The Kyle Showroom Warehouse is 58,000 SF of shell lease space. The building is primarily tilt-wall construction with two protruding curtain wall “show rooms” at each end of the building. To give the owner a maintenance free facade, the tilt wall panels received a sandblasted finish in lieu of paint. The front face of the building received a neon panel insert at the top of the tilt wall panels which gives the building a warm glow at night.

This three-level, 33,800 SF facility contains space utilized for office, retail and restaurant purposes. Part of the tourist attraction that is the San Antonio River Walk, Presidio Plaza was once home to the Planet Hollywood Restaurant. Current tenants include the Presidio Restaurant, as well as several offices and river level retail.
