Superintendent (Petrochemical – Houston Area)
- For petrochemical projects in Baytown or Port Arthur
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in petrochemical construction as a Superintendent
- Experience on $5 – $20 million dollar contracts
- Experience using MS Excel, MS Outlook and Primavera or SureTrak scheduling software
- Requires excellent communication skills with team, owner and owners reps
The Superintendent will:
- Assure safety and compliance on the project
- Adhere to the project schedule and adjust as necessary to meet contractual completion date

Assistant Superintendent (Austin/Farmers Branch/Houston/San Antonio)
The ideal candidate will assist the Superintendent in overall site responsibilities to complete the project within the specified contract duration while obtaining anticipated profits and adhering to and enforcing all company policies
and procedures.
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Assist Superintendent with the timely submittal of logs, reports, invoices, timecards; review of submittals;
dimensions and constructability; project planning and scheduling procedures (P6/Suretrak)
- Assist Superintendent with organization, distribution, filing and tracking of project “paper organization”
- Assist Superintendent in planning/supervising craft activities to include:

Project Foreman (Houston)
- Must have a minimum of 5-8 years experience in commercial construction (industrial experience a plus)
- Must have previous experience supervising 3-5 person crews

--- lead a crew of tradesmen for a specific task
--- perform the trade tasks at a high level of competence

Assistant Project Manager(Austin/Farmers Branch/Houston/San Antonio)
Plan, develop, coordinate, and manage onsite construction engineering activities for commercial projects.
Typical duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Manage project engineering and related personnel function and activities
- Ensure project engineering activities comply with company and contract requirements and support overall construction schedule
- Provide technical support for construction effort including participation in construction planning
and design; interpretation of design; application of construction methods; resolution and documentation of design conflicts; constructability reviews, etc.

Project Administrator (Houston)
Provides administrative support to the Project Team as directed by the Project Manager. - Must have five plus years in construction bidding experience

Regional Business Development Coordinator (Houston)
Supports the overall marketing and business development efforts of the regional business unit by coordinating the complete RFQ/RFP proposal and presentation preparation and production process, within the established guidelines of corporate marketing brand identity and messaging.
- Two (2) to four (4) years of experience, preferably with at least 1 year in marketing assistant or communications-related position and/or a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, English or technical field.
