POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Carpenters, Carpenter Helpers and Laborers
Carpenters must have 10 years experience.
Carpenter Helpers and Laborers must have five years experience.
All three positions must have concrete form work experience.

Subcontractor Administrator
Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
Enter and update subcontract and purchase order amount in Viewpoint Accounting Software, including joint check agreements.
Analyze and process subcontractor payment applications. Perform proper due diligence including verification of approvals, coding and required lien releases.
Process subcontractor payments both by check and ACH transfer (Textura).
Viewpoint or Timberline Accounting Software experience.
